My wife, with out last child, took 4 months before she realized she was pregnant.
The worst of the symptoms she experienced was slight nausea & fatigue - and even though we were trying for a baby, because she kept having a period she never realized.
Finally, and it was about 4 months in, she thought she should try a pregnancy test due to the secondary symptoms, and we found out she was pregnant.
Now, I cant imagine her going to term like that - baby was kicking constantly after about the 5th month & she would have known - but it did take us a while
