One of my favorite sections in PC Gamer in the Extended Play article. If you are unfamiliar with it, the magazine pics a few game mods each month to review. These mods are for all types of games, from FPS to RPG.

So I figured another good way to learn about all different types of mods that might be floating around out there would be to ask you guys and gals:

What are your favorite pc game mods?

I'll start with a few of my favorites:

Battlefield 1942 - Desert Combat
HL2 - Counter-Strike Source
HL - The Specialists
Freedom Force - Danger Room
