With my Acura Integra.. kinda related I guess being in the Acura vein.. there is one screw in the little cup thingy in the door, and one hidden behind a plastic flap on the door pull itself.
Just tug a bit on the door.(not too hard though) and see where it hangs up at. Then check around that area for hidden hardware. If not...see if you can find an online source for the Factory Maintenance book for the car. They have every nut and bolt in the car listed on there!
