La petite moi, have you talked to the GYN about that??? When I was on depo provera (one shot ever three months=no periods, ever), I ended up bleeding all the time too. Eventually, when I went to a regular schedule, things calmed down. My GYN has me on the ring every single week/no period until I have some bleed through - then I'll go off for a week to "reset" my system. Perhaps that's what you need?
I don't have cramps, I just have migraines. I think we're all cursed!!
