LMAO, my personal fav. I dont know how many presentations I recieved while in the NROTC about the cost effectiveness of fleets, of how 80% of the worlds population lived within 100 miles of the coast, and how the Navy doesnt have to ask allied countries permission before they attack anywhere. Seriously, like 4/semester.
