I didn't even want to get into behavior or the person, just simple appearance alone. That opens up a whole new can of worms. The person attached to it can make all the difference in the world!
Anyhow yeah, if the head is too big it's not "nice looking" either. There's an in-between point where the proportions look just right to me. And as for the balls, I like them neat and not too terribly large. Like those on my boyfriend, they're absolutely perfect. He has the nicest ones I've ever seen...too bad he doesn't like them touched much.
