It's like me asking that guy what "nice" boobs are. He might answer that he likes C-cup boobs or something. But there are plenty of guys that also consider an A-cup "nice" too. Sorry, thats just to put it into context.

Exactly! There's no real definition of a "perfect" penis. It's a matter of taste
