Depending on how they enforce http use, look under "tools", "Internet Options". Go to the "Connections" tab. If there is a proxy server, write down the address, then clear the radio button that tells it to use a proxy. If port 80 is not otherwise being blocked, you should be bypassing the proxy now. If you can't get any internet pages, you'll have to re-enter the proxy information at the same place.
