Most of my TFP time is spent when I'm at work. I'm lucky because I work in a very casual office and the bosses know (and don't mind) that we all surf and spend a good portion of our day "playing". As long as the work gets done, they don't mind. I tend to pop in and out all day long when I'm bored.
Home is a different matter. I try to log on each night after my kids are in bed but I'm usually too tired by then so I don't bother.
