I have the multiple ones and usually the big one first. Although, sometimes I think the first one is the big one, but the last one comes and it is black-out time. I love the ones where I black out because they are so intense. I just lay there and quiver for awhile afterwards. I'm not sure if blacking out is healthy, but it sure feels good!
