The other day a girl (15-18) and her dog on a leash were walking towards me.
The dog bit me on the leg. She knows her dog. She could have tightened the leash.
She could have said something. She walked on, ignoring what happened.
I was really upset but did not say/do anything. If I had, it probably would have only amused her.
