So, I have an external enclosure for a harddrive:

Problem is, it isnt being recognized as USB 2.0. I'm sure that it isnt my computer--Windows and Linux are both seeing it as USB1, and I've tried it on multiple machines. I even thought it might be the cord, so I tried one that I know works as USB2.0. Nothing.

So, I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the enclosure itself. Can yall think of anything to do? Unfortunately I'm in Germany right now (was in the USA when I bought it, from NewEgg), so I can't well just return it...

Any thoughts/ideas are welcome.
