I got about 4 of the presents this past summer on different sales when I found things that I knew certain family members would like. I think all total I paid $15. One of the things was a set of handmade/handpainted ceramic Christmas ornaments - Hubby's Mom is TOTALLY into decorating and her tree is so covered with ornaments that you can't see the tree for the ornaments.
I have 4 more people that I have to buy for - but I just may make a big plate of cookies and treats for Grandpa. He's loaded with the money and needs NOTHING but he doesn't do a lot of cooking or baking for himself and he LOVES my peanut brittle. I made a batch of brittle one year that flopped and didn't harden. Between my Mom and Grandpa they ate the whole batch of goo in abuot 2 days. Talk about sugar high.
So I'm about halfway through my Christmas gifts and haven't spent even $50 total yet.
