nope. I just expect when you are in line to make a purchase or use the ATM, bus pass machine, turnstile, ANYPLACE/ANYTHING that other people are queued up behind you to use, and you aren't ready with your money, ticket, badge, et. al. and you are chatting on the cellphone, you're an inconsiderate asshole plain and simple.
