Well, I definitely prefer the lights on. Mood is all in the mind and I find whether or not it feels "romantic" or "naughty" does not need to be related to the level or type of lighting. Another contributing factor is that, well, if you're having sex with someone it seems pretty silly to me to worry about your body being clearly visible (that is the explanation I have heard many people give for liking dim or no light).
