Lamp, TV, computer screen, candles, whatever...as long as it's low and I can still see what's going on.
Sometimes the dark is nice, though...there's something to be said for being able to see very little. I just really don't like doing it under harsh light, and that's what we currently have overhead in our bedroom. It makes it feel more like a surgical procedure than a romantic interlude. Damn fluorescents.
