i'll give it a shot. one thing i reccomend that has worked a lot before is...
1)to get rid of ft% and put in both fta and ftm. that makes it sting a bit less when you have bad free throw shooters and actually rewards players who get to the line a lot.
2) split rebounds into 2 cats of orebs and drebs because those are individual specialties.
