My dad had the same problem for a long time. Could'nt get anyone to show up and they wouldn't do what they said they would do etc. Eventually he ended hiring a 50 year mexican. Paid him and his mexican crew 1600 to fix the roof. LOL the mexican guy gave my a dad a discount for paying in cash. Anyway the guy finished the roof in one day and did a kick ass job. When I say kick ass I mean it is perfect. I told my dad he was lucky and judging by your post he was.
