When I lived in Phoenix, AZ I was in an apt complex that always had helicopters with spotlights going through it. Once there was a home invasion robbery 2 doors down where a couple guys with shotguns knocked on the door and then just charged in and robbed the guy. They allegedly got over $1000 in cash so I'm guessing the guy was a drug dealer and the robbers knew it since most people living in $500 a month apartments don't have $1000 in cash laying around.
Either way I'm glad I don't live in a place like that, and I never told my Mom about any of it hehe.
