One time, out camping with the guys - said i'd go into the woods to get some firewood... hadn't had one for a while - dropped the wood, dropped my pants, grabbed my wood and wanked away in amongst the trees
Did it in different woods on the way home from a late night drinking session (I think the rush from being scared in the pitch black turned me on
Did it while working late in the ladies toilets (the men's stink of piss)
The list goes on.
Outside in the open is the best in my opinion
