The spot isn't mythical. Slowly feel your finger being 'pulled' in with the muscle movements, not too deep though. You have to curve your finger to the front (toward your balls in case you're confused) once it's in. Then apply some pressure. And don't pull your finger out quickly, I've heard that's not a good thing.
