If you have longer fingernails use a latex exam glove...and lots of lube either way. Shesus explained it pretty well. Sometimes it takes a little while to, uh, become accustomed to your surroundings. But if you feel around gently you will notice a little spongy, roundish shape just a few inches inside the anus. Gently massage that either with or without genital stimulation...and wonderful things will happen.
