I saw the area highlighted in a map. It is extreme western NC, in the mountains. I am not sure how rurla the area is.
He would seem to have gotten help. I wouldn't be surprised if we read indictments are handed down for harboring.
I will be interested to read more as the facts come out. I recently posted on this board a thread about being on the lam. Wonder how this schmuck made it as long as he did, and how his journey ended up in the mountains of NC.
