This stupid foreigner trick was brought to you by Brazil.
This is so incredibly sick and stupid that I almost don't know what to say. The police HAD to know what was going to happen...and if they didn't, they're too stupid to perform their duties at all, in my opinion.
I hope the people responsble for this are executed.
