Much of the Guinea Pig series is pretty disturbing, including the sister movie to this one, Devil's Experiment.
Fun fact about Flower of Flesh and Blood: Charlie Sheen is the one that reported this movie to the FBI after seeing it at a party and being convinced it was a true snuff film.
