well... you could prolly use a tool like dd to make a bit-exact copy of the drive, but I don't know that you could resize the partition back out to 80GB... so you'd possibly have an 80GB drive with only 60GB of space. But yeah, it might work. You could possibly hook it up to your windows box and just do a *nix boot CD with tools.
