For me and my wife its a minimum of 2.
Once before we get up for work ( thats the one i enjoy most) and once before we go to bed at night. Some times it could be 2 or 3 times before bed.
We have been together for 9 years now and married 5 years 4 months and have had sex the equivalent of twice a day for the 9 years!
