I would rather be dealing with injuries early, than later. Chronic injuries will ruin a season, but from what I gather, Williams is expected to fully recover.
The Western Conference playoff teams were bunched up last year and one through eight were separated by just 7 games. The Jazz have enough to get into the playoffs. Don't forget, two years ago, the 8th seeded Warriors knocked off the 1st seeded Mavericks.
