Everywhere.
Being ticklish is, for me, painful. The laughter that comes out is involuntary and it took years for the SO to understand that. "Well, you're laughing", he'd keep protesting while I would be getting angry.
Tickle me and I will hit, bite, pull hair and make the rest of the evening a living hell.
