So which came first; the chicken or the egg? The egg would be a rare genetic mutation when a red junglefowl got it on with a grey junglefowl.
Then again...
Why did some chemical elements come together forming viri or bacteria millions/billions of years ago? What was different in that chemical reaction that spawned life, where we still have a hard time recreating the right conditions today in a lab? Can life develop and evolve on any other planets/moons? And there are still a lot of other unanswered questions, but the theory has held for 150 years.
