The key to any job is to find joy in it. You could have the best job in the world, but you'd be bored and frustrated if you weren't intentionally finding ways that your job can fulfill you. I know it sounds vaguely philosophical, but it's true. You need to list aspects of your job from least favorable to most favorable and then latch on to your favorite parts of the job. Maybe it's being able to surf the internet while still efficiently working. Maybe it's that one boss that really encourages you. Maybe it's that satisfied customer. It's up to you to find it.
