YaWhateva, it does. At least it says it does. That could always be changed by MS. I originally downloaded Build 7000 32 bit from MS, with a key. Since then I have upgraded to 7048, then 7057, using the same key. 64 bit upgrade path and longevity shouldn't be any different.
