YaWhateva, you can't upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. And even though you Can go from 32 bit Vista to 32 bit 7, or 64 bit to 64 bit, I always recommend a clean install. The MigWiz app makes it very easy to restore most of your Vista stuff after a clean install of 7. MigWiz, or Migration Wizard, will be located on the DVD you burn. Pretty painless.
