A spokeswoman for motorsport's ruling body confirmed to German Press Agency dpa Saturday that the FIA is concerned about the slicks used on the F2007 by Schumacher. The 40-year stated after the test day involving 67 laps at Ferrari's circuit that the slicks were those used in the GP2 Series as teams are banned from testing with tyres in use for the 2009 F1 season.

Will be interesting to see what the FIA will do. With that and the Renault exclusion for Valencia.
