99.9% of the time, I use ImageShack. I've used them for years. Then I had my own server for a couple years so I just used that. And rarely do I have the need for hosting adult photos. Those are normally emailed or IM'd.
My prob is finding a site that'll host large gifs. Like 4MB and up.
