The other morning in the city I was parked in an empty meter parking lot with my Handicap Placard waiting to go take a Exam. Then a meter peace officer comes from behind and honks twice. Well I though I was illegaly parked so I moved. Apparently couple weeks pass and I get a $83 ticket. so I wrote the city a letter explaining what happened. Then another week go by then an over due notice comes. Then I put a check with all the previous letters explaining to review. Then two weeks go by I get a check back with out explanation. Well peace officer can not admit that they were wrong The city has pride and stupid politics What an A--hole officer!
