She used to be known by a previous name, (unsure if it was her family name, or an earlier "stage name") but for simplicity's sake, the above is a Japanese Teen Idol - name of which being: 護あさな | Asana Mamoru.

Speaking of the fascination with idols, I really have developed a pure timeless crush with Hwang Mi Hee (whose not an 'idol' in the traditional sense of whatever that means in Japan, S. Korea, or E. China - she is known as a 'racing queen', I believe... or in other words, one of those models at car shows whose grand flowing gestures are meant to attract consumers. Additionally, most of them gorgeous.)

As it pertains to the re-updated but still nebulous OP, I don't really play favourites with anything. IF we are allowed to expand the nomenclature's definition of the demographic sterotype pertaining to Asians, I wonder: could Natalie Portman fall into this subjective rankings' means of classification? (quick note: she was born in Jerusalem, Israel, which by my rudimentary geographicology, neither falls into Africa nor Europe, so she must be simply... Asian.) I still do not believe I would come back to debate the point, but maybe, though, just to post some photographs.

-- last bit of opinion: If I were to compile a hypothetical list of famous celebrities, (Asian or not) I definitely would consider Lucy Liu to be a #1 seed sort of woman. Despite the fact I finally found a film in which she appears nude just this past week, she's been a fan fav for me for decades now (or since early '94-95). Not unlike Philip J. Fry, I, too, being a semi-fictious personality, could easily rattle out her name before all others if pressed to do so, she's so remarkable, in my estimation.
