Although I'm sure the Nyquil comment was a joke, there is one related item.
My boy used to get carsick on long car rides, and we tried childrens Gravol to help him. The side effect was that he did fall asleep in the car easily.
I am not suggesting you use this unless your child gets car sick, but it seemed like a related bit of information re: car rides with children.
Pls. consult a doctor or at least the pharmacist too.
