I posed the question for a few reasons. One because I’ve been trying to help a shy friend open up.
I was bored and wanted a new thread.
Also I like little pschye questions big and small. I love social experiments; this being a tiny, but interesting one.
You have the act of spying, a ‘neccesary evil’ at times and mostly morally wrong thing to do.
You are told up front that this action would cause harm, but they would never know. So, is it okay to violate their trust if they never knew?
Its how I see it. I could be wrong.
