Seriously though, I know what your saying. Didn't mean to offend. I know nothing about Atkins but it does seem to be helping quite a few people. But do me a favor and keep this in mind:
"...yellowish instead of white eye balls, set back or sunken eye balls..."
If you notice that then drop the diet, okay. Jesus, eyeball stuff creeps me out.
