I would sand blast it but I have a air compresser and a sand blaster..... You could either sand it by hand or use Jasco http://www.jasco-help.com/products/prod_rem.htm then sand it..... or just lightly sand it and use RustOleum http://www.rustoleum.com/Product.asp...8&SBL=1&dds=16
