There is this certain liquid called "Tend Skin Lotion". What it does it is removes ingrown hairs after about 4 or 5 uses, it really does work because I use it on my neck and face. I am not sure if it will work for this, but I dont see any reason why it shouldn't. The only thing is, it smells like vinagear, and burns like hell for the first 30 seconds. I know thats not the greatest thing to feel down there, but hey, whatever works. Here is a link of the only place I know where to get it.
