I'd have to say the entire album Broken, by Nine Inch Nails. Its an EP, less than a half hour long.... even better, maybe Fixed

or really anything by Tool. probably third eye.
so many good songs, only one death!

Even better, Aenema. that would be quite... shocking to hear at a funeral.
