Everyone who accuses this women of lying when the prosecutor has said there is obvious physical injuries on her...whether it was from Kobe or not....should not call this women a lier. In this society it seems that we put sports above everything else and that is sad. What happened to everyone is equal, just because Kobe is a good basketball player people are calling her a slut, if he was some bench player no one would give a shit. But of course we can't find him guilty because we assume he is a great guy, because he is a great basketball player. First of all, he cheated on his wife of which they have a child who is almost 2 years old, that right there is pathetic.
I might sound biased because my fiance was raped when she was 14 by a really good junior college basketball player that was supposed to go to the NBA, but thank god got around 15 years in jail. Of course she was accused of being a slut and screwing up the basketball team's season (because I guess they had a shot at the national championship), but it took a lot of therapy just to get over the people calling her a liar; besides the rape. No accuser, no matter who they are accusing, until proven that they are lying should be called a liar. That is like sticking a dagger into them. People, please be open-minded before all the evidence is given in any case.
