Ah, the Dreamcast. A great system, cut down in its prime by crappy marketing.
My recommendations:
Crazy Taxi 1 and 2
Jet Grind Radio
Sonic Adventure 1 and 2
Phantasy Star Online
All great games, IMO, especially JGR. You can even still play PSO online (although probably only with other players with the DC version).
