I used to wear contacts 14 hours a day....but that's really not good for you. I finally got some glasses so I only wear contacts four days of the week and when I do, only for 10 hours. They're nice, especially when you're swimming or in situations where glasses would get fogged up. However, they do hurt like hell when I put them in for the first month I had them.
