I have become more cynical since I played with that kind of thing, so I can't say how much was my mind paying tricks and how much was real. I do remember having very several strange expierinces thoughout that whole period. Shadows/lights moving, sounds, getting "vibes" from places like I was highly tuned in. I also had more sightings of my pooka (a kind of animal spirit that causes mischief) around this time, as well.
