you need to edit your boot.ini file and remove the extra OS reference. if you don't want to do it manually there is a way to do it through the GUI. i don't know 2k very well, but in xp it is:
right click my computer --> properties --> advanced tab --> startup and recovery 'settings' button --> system startup 'edit' button
