I live in england, usually on the lookout for things like that must of missed it

, next time i have one ill try and write down exactly what happened as my memory of some of them is patchy at best, much like remembering normal dreams i guess heh.
I also wake up from dreams sometimes where my balance is completly off and it feels almost like im falling/spinning sideways and i grab the bed super quick heh scares the hell outta me, but i guess they're more common, this what people talk about when they dream they're "falling"? Ive also been told i talk a -lot- in my sleep, i have a very active sleeplife it seems.
Anyone else experience things like this? sleeping querks or whatever, anyway im gonna do some research into it, its all the more interestin when it happens to you
