unfortunately, the squeaky wheel seems to get greased. whoever pisses & moans enough gets service first - mainly just to shut them the fuck up. but this teaches them that their annoying self-centered bitching works. so, whenever i can, if someone is pulling that shit with or around me, i just try to ignore them. it seems to be working on my 3 year old, anyway.........
